I had bought a sintered stone dining table, from star living 6 months ago. However the particular piece I
received had some issues.

I walked in to the Sungai Kadut branch, and Miss Jasmin helped to attend to the issue, and settled it
within one week

Even though I was just 2 days away from the end of warranty, she helped to accelerate the case to
customer service and replace the furniture.

Was here the 3th time and decided to purchase a sofa, coffee table, side table and a dining set during their new building Grand Opening. Was attended by a very nice and knowledgeable lady (Xue Ting {hope I gotten the name correct}) who gave me very good recommendations, she was also very professional (she was brilliant) and when I told her another sale staff had attended to me previously she graciously informed the said staff. Overall very happy with my purchases and the customer service, worth the trip down.

like the mesh back to be airy, cushion and head rest is comfortable, the back can tilt to good angle. only drawback is it doesnt lock the tilt position. Fast delivery just waited 2 days, the CS team is very helpful to arrange speedy delivery. delivery staff also efficient and friendly. Overall its a nice buyer experience.
